Jonathon (Hawke) Weiss
Owner / Founder

Jonathon Hawke Weiss is the founder and owner of Hawke Multimedia, a versatile media production and digital solutions company he launched in early 2021. His expertise in multimedia stretches back to the creation of JonnyUAV, a pioneering drone initiative he co-founded with his father that engineered elevated drone landing platforms and safety protocols for organizations nationwide.

A Texas State Licensed EMT-B, Jonathon brings first responder training and a problem-solving mindset to every project. Having graduated from the Ranger College EMT program in 2020, he is actively advancing his professional credentials as a returning student at Ranger College, pursuing studies in Information Security and working toward his CompTIA Security+ certification.

Jonathon’s dedication to service is reflected in his recognitions, including two Presidential Volunteer Service Awards and the Iowa State Governor’s Volunteer Service Award, which honor his commitment to community outreach and impactful volunteerism.

With a strong foundation in technology, design, storytelling, and public safety, Jonathon continues to elevate multimedia and service-driven work across multiple states and industries, shaping both design innovation and positive change.

Faith Andrade
Graphic Design / Game Design Intern

I strive to create art that is both meaningful and emotionally resonant—work that leaves a lasting impact. Whether I’m designing a client’s first business logo or developing a psychological horror game that challenges players to question themselves and the world around them, my goal is always the same: to evoke strong emotions and spark deeper reflection.

My creative process is deeply influenced by indie horror games and content creators who explore the genre’s psychological depths. These influences inspire me to craft experiences that not only entertain but also provoke thought and self-examination.

EX: Markiplier, Puella’s Madoka Magica, Mouthwashing developed by Wrong Organ.

I am particularly drawn to horror as a medium because of its unique ability to elicit intense emotional responses. Research suggests that engaging with fear in controlled environments, such as horror games, can have psychological benefits. For instance, studies indicate that experiencing fear can lead to the release of endorphins and dopamine, enhancing mood and reducing stress . This cathartic effect allows individuals to confront and process their anxieties in a safe space, potentially leading to increased resilience .

My long-term goal is to develop horror games that are remembered for their impactful content and emotional depth. I aim to create experiences that resonate with players long after the game is over, sparking conversations and introspection.

Allison Bottoni
Music / Sound Designer

I can mix, edit, write, and play all different styles and genres of music. I was top of my class at Full Sail University and continue to learn more about music and its' production every day. While in school I learned how to create music using Logic Pro and Pro Tools, as well as how to mix and master the music I create. Studio setup and recording are other areas that I have had extensive training in. At the moment I am learning how to produce live concerts, from mixing to setting up the stage and running everything in between.
